It is a fertilizer based on copper oxychloride to prevent and control copper deficiencies. Copper is an essential element for the life of all plants: it is a constituent of important enzymes, is necessary to the photosynthesis and helps to stimulate the natural defences of the plants from pests. Copper deficiencies appear as yellowings, formation of spots on the leaves and atrophization of the young sprouts. The symptoms arise more often in those soils which are rich in organic substance and with alkaline reaction. The copper oxychloride carries out also an important action to prevent and treat cryptogamic diseases, since it has a less persistent but more instant effect compared to copper sulphate. Ideal for treatments on fruit-bearing plants (apple, pear, citruses), vine, olive, strawberry, blueberry, vegetable crops (tomato, potato, aubergine, cabbage etc.), flowering/ornamental plants (rose etc.).
Dissolve 4-5 g in 1 litre water and sprinkle the plant with this solution. Carry out 2-3 treatments during the cultivation cycle, at the beginning of the season or when the first symptoms of deficiency arise. Repeat the treatments in case of heavy rain. Do not treat during bloom. Do not mix with products with alkaline reaction. Do a compatibility test before making mixtures with other foliar fertilizers or phytosanitary products.
